BG & SBLC - Leasing Procedures:
1) The Client contacts SFS to discuss interests.
2) The Client fills out our application and provides the required supportive documentation.
3) The Client and Provider negotiate terms for the instrument to be leased.
4) The Client receives and executes contracts from the Provider. Due diligence to be completed.
5) The Client and Provider define the escrow instructions and/or payment obligations of both parties.
6) Payments may be made by MT103-23/ICBPO/Swift/or Escrow Deposit.
7) The bank instrument is issued and delivered to the client, usually within 15 banking days.
8) The Client confirms delivery and verifies authenticity and details of the leasing instrument.
9) The Client orders the immediate release of funds to the Provider, completing the transaction.
