G. Private Placement Program:
Overview
In brief, Private Placement Platforms are Invitation Only opportunities for Clients, especially those looking to finance commercial or humanitarian projects, to marginally participate in the buying and selling of Medium Term Notes on a daily basis, usually with proceeds paid weekly or even monthly over the course of a 40 week period.
Generally, the minimum entry requirement for Invitation Consideration is $100 Million and a formal request, commonly referred to as the Compliance Package, which often consists of varying documents, normally comprised of a Client Information Sheet (CIS), Color Copy of a Client Passport, a Letter of Intent (LOI) to inquire about the current programs available, Proof of Funds (POF) and Authority to Verify (ATV) the Funds or Bank Notes to be used to satisfy leveraged capital requirements.
Once the Compliance Package is approved, a formal invitation, generally in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or a Trading Contract, is issued to the Client, which will require signature in approximately 24-72 hours. The MOU/ Trading Contract will often have a set of instructions the Client needs to follow to initiate the Trade.
After the MOU/ Contract is signed ad returned to the Platform, the Client will then need to perform the tasks the Grade Group requires to leverage the Client's funds for the daily Trading Process. Those tasks may involve the issuance of a particular Swift Message, such as MT760 or MT700, or a old Administratively or providing a verifiable Proof of Funds Letter or even at times, the transfer of funds, though very rarely.
Trading then commences shortly thereafter, with the Client seeing returns in as little one (1) week up to roughly four (4) weeks, with either weekly or monthly payments over the contractually specified Trading Period, most often in the range of 40 weeks.
