A. BANK NOTES and 144A LSSB
Bank Notes (BG, CD, MTN, etc.) and Life Senior Settlement Bonds (LSSB) are Tradable Assets with this particular Platform.
Trade Task Requirements:
Bank Notes and LSSBs need to be placed on DTC or Euroclear via Free Delivery to the Platform with a Deed of Assignment for 13 months.
Asset Requirements:
Bank Notes Minimum : $ 10 Million with at least 13 months to Maturity
LSSB Minimum: $500 Million
LSSB must be 144A
NO LEASED NOTES ACCEPTED
